How often do you ship individual products?

We know how excited you are to receive these purposeful goodies! We got you covered and will ship all items from the marketplace the next business day via 2-3 day priority mail (exceptions being high traffic periods such as Black Friday)!     

Do you accept returns from the marketplace?

We get it, a purchase doesn't always work out. If you receive your product from the marketplace and you are not completely in love, you have seven days to let us know and ship it back to us - if unopened and unused! Once we receive it, we will refund the amount you paid, minus shipping. :) 

Do you accept returns on memberships (the seasonal box)?

With a membership, due to the discounts off of retail value of the items in the Change Co. box, we do not offer refunds. 

Oh snap! I received my item(s) but it is damaged!

Don't sweat it! Shoot us an email at Meredith@changeco.us with a picture of the item within 48 hours of receiving it and we will make it right! :)   

Can I make a gift purchase?

Totally! Our marketplace is the one-stop shop for all of your socially conscious gifting needs! There, you'll find individual items and specially curated bundles.

How often do you ship seasonal boxes?

If you have a joined an annual or seasonal membership, your box will ship on June 1st, September 1st, December 1st, and March 1st. 

I signed up for a membership in the middle of a season. When will I receive my box?

If we have not sold out of our current box for that season, we will ship that box out to you immediately. If we have sold out, your first box will ship at the beginning of the upcoming season. 

Do you ship outside of the US?

At the moment we only ship to the United States and Canada. Shipping to Canada ranges from $15 to $25 depending on the weight of the order. Due to the cost of shipping, annual memberships are only available inside of the United States. 

When will I be charged for a membership?

If you have a joined a seasonal membership, you will be charged $49.95 + shipping on June 1st, September 1st, December 1st, and March 1st. 

If you have joined an annual membership you will be charged $179.82 + $20 for a year of shipping one year from the day you started the membership until you cancel.

I need to cancel my membership. Can I?

Yes, you can! Feel free to cancel or pause your membership at any time. No hard feelings. Simply log into your account and make your selection. We'll miss you, though! Please note that if you do not cancel before you are charged for your seasonal membership you will receive that current box. 


Due to the 10% discount, if you cancel an annual membership the cancellation will take effect at the end of your year.

Can I get a refund on my membership?

With a membership, due to the discounts off of retail value of the items in the Change Co. box, we do not offer refunds. If you receive a damaged product, please email meredith@changeco.us with a picture of the damaged item within 48 hours of receiving it and we will make it right!

How do you choose a product?

We spend quite a bit of time researching each company/organization that we partner with. We only include products in your box that are of the highest quality and only feature companies that are making a profound change in the world. Likewise, each charity that is chosen to receive a portion of our profits is vetted to ensure that you are making the most impact with your purchase!

Do you really donate a portion of your profits?

Absolutely! At the end of each quarter we will take a look at our books and donate 10% of our profits from memberships (we're pretty serious about making a change!).
